im worried about a great depression 100xs worse than the first one

i hope this worry is unrealistic

Grocery store lady(ies)

I like the grocery store ladies at the check out

each for different reasons

• Funny face lady- you're my latest favorite- the expressions on your face are priceless. you have the anti poker face. you dont say a word but you can read everything just by lookin. you're awesome, keep smiling/frownin/questionin/become surprisin at my food and my requests for no bags or forks
• Maybe Peruvian lady who looks like my cousin's sister if he had one- i like you just cause you're familiar, you seem real nice, work hard, especially now that you're pregnant- i can't believe that they dont give you a stool, stay strong friend
• Young eastern european lady- you're cute, too bad you only seem me hung over on saturday morning/afternoons, im gonna impress you one of these days and buy some crazy fish and ingredients for a 3 course meal
• butch lady- i like you, you rock the buzzed sideburns like nobodys business, you're kinda cute in a real butchy kinda way- refreshing to see people be themselves
• curly hair chick- you and your hair have an attitude i like, and it was nice seein your dad visit

is anybody else offended by the new highlander commercials?
i personally feel it is a new low- telling kids they need a fancy suv, with tvs, and gadgets to be cool, and making fun of the kids who are in a normal car
really? this morally felt right?

knowing how kids can be in school, did the toyota marketers really think selling it to kids would be a good move?

what was the thought process?

its not like a kid whyning in the grocery store for some candy

its a fuckin car!

1- for the fams that cant afford the stupid car- it can only make the parents feel bad their kid aint in a cool car OR

2- the parents will be pissed about this ad and smack thier kid for actually listening to the ad OR

3- the rich parents will buy it, maybe, and then condone thier kids making fun of the kids that cant afford it
